Little Lukey as I called him stayed with me until he was 4 months old and when litterbrother Sydney left for America Lukas was quite lost for a couple of days. But then Lucky filled the gap and Lukey and Lucky were constant buddies and playmates. Lukas flew to Sydney to meet his new mum and dad Christine and Stephen from Senjabi Basenjis at the Specialty. He then came back to Perth and then a few days later flew over to New Zealand. Lukas left quite a void when he left us but I left him at the airport happily chewing on a pig ear, one of his favourite hobbies as he LOVES food. Sadly Lukas didn't show well at the Specialty finding the heat too much but with his many virtues he's sure to do well for Christine in the future. I love his profuse wrinkles including highly desired side wrinkles and his super pliant coat. He's a boy with substance - plenty of prosternum, deep brisket and is well ribbed back. He is very much of his grandsire and great grandsire sytle Deej and Boof.
